Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping is determined based on your order specifications and shipment location.

***If the product becomes unavailable for some reason, you will be refunded within 48 business hours.

Delivery Method

The product will be delivered outside your home for all shipping regions.

***Recycling of your older equipment is not included in delivery.

***Assembly of the product is not included.

Return & Exchange Policy

You may return an item for any reason and receive a refund as long as you do so within 10 days of the original purchase date. The item must be returned in the same condition and packing as it was sent to you.

***All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price.

If the product is missing items that were originally shipped with it or in a different condition than shipped, the return may be rejected and no refund given. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Any defect and damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product or it may not be exchanged, returned or refunded. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you a RIN# (Return Item Number) and a shipping label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
